Terms of Service

DynastyHQ is a dynasty fantasy football assistant. DynastyHQ is a product operated by Brett Yelverton as an individual. By using DynastyHQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Age restriction. DynastyHQ is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use this service.

The service is currently in free community beta. Features, availability, and these terms may change as the product develops.

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Your account and associated Sleeper identity are retained while your account is active.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting byelverton5@gmail.com. Deletion is subject to any applicable security or legal retention obligations.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the service or its outputs at scale.
• Submit content that is abusive, harassing, or violates others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.

DynastyHQ uses Sleeper's public API to retrieve your league and roster data. Your use of Sleeper is governed by Sleeper's own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Sleeper.

Player valuations are sourced from KeepTradeCut, FantasyCalc, and other third-party sources. These values are informational only and reflect those providers' data at time of collection.

DynastyHQ provides analysis and trade suggestions for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on DynastyHQ constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice. Fantasy football involves judgment calls — you make your own decisions.

DynastyHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The service is in beta and may change or become unavailable at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted in the app changelog. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
