DynastyHQ is a solo-operated beta product. Support is handled directly by email — there is no support ticket system or live chat.

Include your Sleeper username or the email you used to sign up so we can locate your account. We respond as quickly as we can — this is a one-person operation, so response times vary.

Account-linked data: To request deletion, email us from the email address on file at byelverton5@gmail.com with "Data deletion request" in the subject. Include your Sleeper username or account email so we can locate your records. We verify requests manually and process them as quickly as we can. Deletion is subject to any applicable security or legal retention obligations.

Anonymous feedback submissions: To delete anonymous beta feedback, email byelverton5@gmail.com with "Delete my feedback" in the subject from any email address. Tell us as much as you remember: Sleeper username, league ID, when you submitted, your right/wrong/missing-context verdict, and any message you included. We will find and delete it on a best-effort basis. If we can't verify ownership, we may decline.

Roster-grade snapshots: Shared roster-grade snapshots are public-by-link to anyone who has the URL. The public link expires after 30 days, but the database record persists until manual deletion. To request deletion, email byelverton5@gmail.com from any email address with the exact share URL or 12-character share ID, league ID, team ID or team name, and owner name. Deletion removes both the public URL access and the database record on a best-effort ownership match. We may decline if ownership cannot be verified.

League-visit activity: Your recent league viewing history has no automatic expiry and persists until verified manual deletion. To request deletion of this record, email byelverton5@gmail.com from your email address on file with "Delete league visit activity" in the subject.
